Connect an AI Assistant

Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another MCP-compatible AI client to your Mindful Pathways account. The assistant will sign in as you and can only access data and take actions you're authorized for.

Copy this URL and paste it into your AI client's connector settings.

This URL is unique to your app. Each AI client connects to it using your app account — your data stays protected by the same permissions you have when logged in.

Connect Claude
Follow these steps to connect Claude to your Mindful Pathways account.
  1. 1Open Claude and go to your profile menu (top-right).
  2. 2Select Settings, then navigate to the Connectors tab.
  3. 3Click "Add custom connector".
  4. 4Give the connector a name (e.g. "Mindful Pathways").
  5. 5Paste the MCP server URL below into the URL field.
  6. 6Click Add to save the connector.
  7. 7When prompted, approve the connection — you'll be redirected to sign in with your app account and grant consent.

After adding the connector, Claude will open the app's consent page where you sign in with your Mindful Pathways account and approve access. The assistant only ever acts as you.

Heads up: AI assistants cache the list of available tools. If we add new capabilities or change the server, refresh or reconnect the connector in your AI client so it picks up the latest tools.

Your AI assistant accesses your account with the same permissions you have. It cannot see data you don't have access to, and every action it takes is tied to your account. You can revoke access at any time from your AI client's settings.
