Preparation is normally provided by Dr. Rosenbach. The reduced-price therapist-prepared pathway is available only after clinical review and approval when an existing qualified therapist agrees to provide both preparation and integration in coordination with Dr. Rosenbach.

All listed prices are private-pay fees. An evaluation does not guarantee ketamine treatment.

  • Private pay only; itemized receipts are available.
  • Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or Bit, as accepted.
  • 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
  • Pathway sessions must be used within 12 months.
