Given the international nature of our practice:

  • • U.S. patients receiving telepsychiatry: Your data may be stored in Israel with equivalent protections
  • • All transfers comply with Israeli Privacy Protection Law and HIPAA requirements
  • • Appropriate safeguards (encryption, access controls) are applied regardless of storage location
